Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Maintenance Planner to maximise plant reliability and performance on site. You will lead preventative maintenance using SAP PM, manage spares and materials, and coordinate risk-based maintenance strategies while maintaining data integrity in the CMMS.

The role requires contractor management experience, IOSH-related safety knowledge, and strong communication with site leaders. You will liaise with reliability managers and engineering leads to ensure safe, efficient

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role.
Experience of contractor management.
IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office.
Analysing and problem-solving skills with data.
Health and safety knowledge (IOSH).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Maximise plant reliability and performance to meet quality and customer expectations.
Manage the preventative maintenance system to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Deliver effective maintenance support to the site.
Plan and schedule maintenance activity, including backlog, spares and materials.
Act as key user for SAP PM and ensure data integrity in CMMS.
Review maintenance plans and establish critical spares.
Ensure stock availability for planned maintenance and contractors work safely.
