Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly organised Scheduler & Planner on a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract in Salford. The role coordinates Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive tasks with Site Delivery Teams, engineers, and third‑party suppliers to meet service levels.

You will manage work orders end-to-end, update records, and provide a professional first response to customers and vendors, using SAP and Maximo daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, ideally in a Command Centre or Call Centre.
• Experience scheduling both planned preventive maintenance and reactive work.
• Familiar with recording service requests accurately.
• Experience using SAP for purchase orders.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFMs, preferably Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance with Site Delivery Teams, engineers and third-party suppliers.
• Manage work orders from creation to completion and escalate issues.
• Provide first response to customers and vendors via phone, email and systems.
• Accurately record service requests and gather necessary information.
• Use Global Maximo and other CAFM/CMMS platforms.
• Raise and manage POs in SAP and maintain PPM schedules.
• Support quotation management and asset data updates.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and understand site requirements.
• Identify issues early and escalate to prevent service failures.
• Maintain high data accuracy and adapt to system updates.
• Attend training and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
