Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a maintenance technician to manage reactive and preventive maintenance across CCTV, fire and intruder alarm systems with access control duties. You will ensure compliance, complete service documentation and support contractor oversight, contributing to safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires driving, relevant certifications and strong health & safety focus, in a dynamic facilities environment across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and servicing CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
• Experience with CSA/CSCS/ECS cards and FIA modules is advantageous.
• Strong health and safety awareness and ability to work to required standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Reactive Works orders and PPMs meet contract SLAs & KPIs.
• Contribute to contract profitability and overall service delivery.
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logs.
• Monitor contractors and workmanship to meet standards.
• Assist site supervisor to deliver contracted services safely, on time and within budget.
