Job summary

Harrods Private Shopping is seeking a Client Relationship Assistant to support Client Relationship Managers in delivering bespoke portfolio management strategies for Private Shopping Clients.

You will assist with administrative tasks, respond to client inquiries, coordinate appointments, and help maintain client trackers and travel arrangements. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of trends regarding client experiences.
• Client-facing experience.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task to meet short deadlines.
• Flexible and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with a CRM system is highly desirable.
• Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative, operational and reporting of all clientelling campaigns and initiatives to drive performance of the Private Shopping team.
• Support with welcoming, engaging and acquiring new clients, including responding to client inquiries via multiple channels, scheduling client appointments and facilitating the handover to the assigned Private Shopper.
• Maintain activity trackers up to date, liaise with Private Shoppers to collate client feedback, and manage waiting lists for brand and product access.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients and team members.
• Work with Client Relationship Managers to understand the client portfolio and prepare for meetings, coordinating campaigns with Loyalty team.
• Support weekly team reporting, liaising with stakeholders across Client Engagement and Brand Engagement teams.
