Job summary

Harrods Private Shopping is seeking a Private Shopping Assistant to support Private Client Managers in delivering exceptional service to our most loyal clients. You will arrange appointments, coordinate add-on services, and anticipate client needs to provide a seamless luxury shopping experience.

Successful candidates will have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to build genuine relationships under pressure, with a passion for luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Arrange add-on services for clients (alterations, restaurants, beauty appointments, parking).
• Develop relationships and converse with clients to understand needs.
• Manage online requests from clients.
• Create 'Suspended Transactions' for Transaction Assistants.
• Investigate quotes for dispatch and delivery, locally and internationally as needed.
• Identify opportunities to surprise and delight clients based on preferences.
