Job summary

Harrods Private Shopping is redefining hospitality in luxury retail. As a Private Shopping Waiter based on site, you will support the Management team in delivering an unrivalled client journey with personalised service, champagne and premium beverages.

You’ll prepare coffee and light refreshments, maintain the lounge to the highest luxury standards, and anticipate client needs with in-depth product knowledge. This role is on site, with a 5 of 7 days schedule and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience in hotels, events, or fine dining.
• Knowledge of mixology, barista skills, or silver service.
• Strong customer service instincts and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Calm efficiency under pressure and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Offer a seamless, personalised client journey with anticipatory service and product knowledge.
• Prepare and serve premium beverages, from artisan coffee to champagne.
• Maintain the luxury lounge standards, ensuring comfort and elegance.
• Anticipate client needs through proactive service.
• Organise mise-en-place before and after service to keep operations flawless.
