Responsibilities

• Support PCM team to deliver exceptional service to loyal clients.
• Coordinate appointment logistics, including room bookings and size swaps.
• Arrange add-on services such as alterations, dining, beauty appointments, and parking.
• Develop relationships with clients and anticipate needs for a seamless experience.
• Manage online client requests and create suspended transactions for assistants.
• Investigate dispatch and delivery arrangements locally and internationally when required.
