You will drive service improvement, support the Parkside management team, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee bookings for pre-op and CIU.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Private Outpatient Admin and Reception teams across Parkside and Heatherwood, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist day-to-day running of outpatient admin, pre-op and reception teams cross-site, supporting the Service Manager.
• Be responsible for the pre-op and CIU bookings service, including booking patients.
• Transform current work practices to meet Trust requirements using private work queues with EPIC & CC8.
• Manage staff daily: induction, 121s, appraisals, rotas, sickness and initial performance management.
