Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced ward leader to provide clinical and operational direction for a 10-bedded private inpatient ward. You will ensure safe, high-quality care, lead staffing and development, and support governance across the service.

The role requires strong nursing leadership, collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and monthly senior duty coverage out of hours. Experience in private healthcare and infection control is advantageous.

Qualificações

• NMC registered nurse with current registration.
• Teaching Certificate or equivalent clinical teaching qualification.
• Masters or equivalent qualification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for a 10-bedded private inpatient ward.
• Lead day-to-day ward management ensuring patient safety and high quality care in line with NHS standards.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, induction, and staff development to maintain effective nursing care.
• Support infection control, governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimise patient pathways and bed utilisation.
• Act as senior duty nurse out of hours on a monthly basis.
