Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed registered nurse to join the Outpatient Department across multiple sites, including North OPD. The role involves clinical leadership, mentorship, and delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will organise workloads, support colleagues, and contribute to the development of junior staff while ensuring a patient-centred experience. Cross-site rotation applies.

Qualifications

• Currently registered with UK NMC as an RGN.
• Support Learners in Practice (SLIP) or equivalent.
• Educated to Nursing Degree level or on degree pathway.
• Level 6 leadership course.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and forward planning for OPD services.
• Lead by example fostering respect, belonging and psychological safety.
• Demonstrate diverse clinical skills and oversee OPD areas.
• Manage service needs and support Senior OPD team.
• Support RN and HCA to practice competently and develop.
