Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced operations professional to support Private Equity Performance Improvement in Europe. You will lead pipeline reporting, client relationship tracking, and cross-functional planning across pillars, sectors, and geographies.

The role involves coordinating with talent acquisition, practice development, and BD/Marketing teams to drive delivery and growth while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting and consolidating multiple financial sources into single views.
• CRM experience to manage pipeline data and stakeholder communications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of how professional services firms win work and manage pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline management and business development reporting from origination to win/loss.
• Client and relationship coverage tracking sponsor and portfolio company relationships by MD, pillar and sector.
• Financial planning/forecasting against pillar/sector/geography targets.
• Talent acquisition: translating engagement demand into recruitment priorities and tracking hiring.
• Practice development: tracking BD/marketing goals, activities and spend against pipeline.
• Business Development & Marketing: coordinating with BD/Marketing teams on pursuit support.
