Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm. The PEPI team in Europe helps private equity and corporate clients unlock value across the investment lifecycle, from pre-deal diligence to post-deal transformation.

The role contributes to pipeline management, client relationship coverage, and financial controls while coordinating with the firm’s BD, marketing, and talent functions. English fluency and strong MS Office/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• Strong financial reporting and consolidation skills.
• Experience with private equity, transaction advisory or consulting is desirable.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline data and drive data quality.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline management and business development reporting from origination through win/loss.
• Client and relationship coverage across Partners, service lines and sectors.
• Financial control reporting at pillar/sector/geography level.
• Ad hoc reviews to support leadership meetings and decisions.
• Talent acquisition: translate demand and pipeline into recruitment priorities.
• Practice development: track BD goals and spend against plan.
• Business Development & Marketing: coordinate with BD and marketing teams.
• People management: capacity, utilization and governance of performance and development cycles.
