The Role

You will be advising private equity houses and financial sponsors on high-profile transactions, working closely with partners and colleagues across different areas of law. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of complex deals and play a key role in shaping client relationships. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic legal advice to private equity clients on cross-border transactions

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
