• At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Private Client work.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning.
• Manage Trusts and Tax Planning matters.
• Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues.
• Work on Deeds of Variation, Gifts, and Family Arrangements.
