A national, multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and highly respected Private Client team. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality legal services across the UK and for its strong focus on client care, collaboration, and professional development.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own varied private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a wide range of matters. The role involves working closely with elderly and vulnerable clients and their families, offering practical and sensitive legal advice. There is also scope to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives alongside the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a private client caseload including Wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration, and trust matters
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships
• Communicating with clients in person, by telephone, and in writing, including home visits where required
• Drafting legal documents and handling correspondence and file administration to a high standard
• Liaising with third parties on behalf of clients
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, billing requirements, and regulatory standards
• Supporting colleagues, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to team success
• Participating in business development and networking activities
