Private Client Partner & Head of Department – Cheltenham Salary: £115,000 – £155,000 + Bonus + Equity Options Hybrid Working | Relocation Package Available | Legal 100 Law Firm

We are working exclusively with a multi-office, Top Legal 100 law firm with offices across the UK, seeking a talented Private Client Partner to take on the role of Head of Department in their well-established Cheltenham office.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing and experienced team, working on complex, high-net-worth private client matters, while enjoying the full support of the firm’s National Head of Private Client.

For the right candidate, there is scope to join as a Fixed Share Partner, and my client would even consider offering a relocation package.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a well-established and highly regarded private client team.
  • Oversee and advise on a wide range of high-value matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Drive the strategic growth of the department, working closely with the National Head to implement best practices and achieve departmental goals.
  • Mentor, supervise, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and professional referrers.
