The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in B2B marketing, with expertise in designing learning programs and strong client relationship skills. This position offers a salary range of £110,000 to £130,000, along with comprehensive benefits including annual leave, insurance, and a hybrid work model.

As a Principal Consultant you will play a pivotal role in designing building and delivering CMO-level marketing academies for our clients. You will lead large-scale B2B learning engagements from competency mapping and curriculum design to the facilitation of executive-level workshops and capability assessments. You will work closely with CMOs and senior marketing leaders to shape their teams skills drive marketing transformation and embed best-in-class marketing practices.
You will leverage Momentum ITSMAs proprietary research frameworks and tools to deliver impactful learning and consulting programs that elevate marketing organizations and drive measurable business outcomes.
