Job summary

Hippo is seeking a Principal Consultant with a user research background to shape research strategy across programmes and organisations. You will mentor Senior and Lead researchers, lead research across multi-disciplinary teams, and influence executive stakeholders to embed user-centred thinking.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in research at a Principal level across complex delivery environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using user-centered design methods throughout product/service lifecycles.
Strong track record applying diverse research methodologies and addressing accessibility needs.

Responsibilities

Be part ofHippo’s leadership for complex client engagements and drive user-centred outcomes.
Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders using data and insights.
Lead teams to ensure products/services meet user needs and accessibility standards.
Grow Hippo’s research capability and practice through internal initiatives.
Support business growth via pre-sales activity and value demonstration to clients.
