Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience applying Supportability Engineering in defence, aerospace or another highly regulated environment.
- Experience performing analyses such as FMECA, LORA and Maintainability Analysis.
- Ability to lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of supportability and ILS activities across complex programmes.
- Define, manage and validate supportability requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Influence design decisions to improve reliability, maintainability and through-life support.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement of supportability standards.
