Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Supportability Engineer to join the Integrated Sensors & Protection (ISP) team in a hybrid role across UK sites.

You will ensure supportability across the lifecycle, lead through-life costing and AR&M communications, and collaborate with electronics, mechanical and systems disciplines to deliver robust support solutions and continuous improvement. A security clearance process applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in support design reviews with AR&M communication.
• Experience in ILS on mission-critical programmes and Defence Logistics Framework.
• Understanding of ILS methods: supportability analysis, maintenance, safety.
• Experience applying AR&M methodologies in engineering projects.
• Mature stakeholder engagement and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to a range of Supportability analysis tasks.
• Apply through-life costing principles to projects.
• Tailor work programmes to standards and guidance.
• Apply supportability tools effectively in daily work.
• Collaborate with other disciplines across the project.
• Produce work independently with sound judgment.
• Mentor other team members and support continuous improvement.
