Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Lead Supportability Engineer to lead a team delivering diverse Supportability work packages across the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Operations and other IPT members to advise on requirements and provide analysis.

The role involves reliability, maintainability, testability and safety analyses, and contributing to continuous improvement within the department. Hybrid working available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Commercial and business awareness.
• Experience in engineering management and delivery of project work packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supportability Engineers delivering a wide range of work packages.
• Advise on Supportability requirements and provide analysis and guidance.
• Develop reliability models and maintenance tasks ensuring operational capability.
• Carry out FMECA with hardware teams and feed improvements into design.
• Support lifecycle activities from bid through disposal.
