Job summary

Gearset Limited seeks a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our multi-tenant infrastructure in a scalable, secure, and reliable way. You ll work with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and .NET to enable rapid feature releases and continued growth of our SaaS platform.

You ll collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers and sales to deliver value and maintain high availability with a pragmatic, feedback‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• In-depth AWS experience including VPC networking, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS.
• Experience running production services in Kubernetes and managing clusters.
• Experience automating infrastructure management with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and running a CI/CD pipeline.
• Prior experience operating a hosted multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve Gearset infrastructure to scale for a growing user base.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infrastructure and safe releases.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data.
• Contribute to a cross-functional, autonomous team and roadmap.
