Job summary

Gearset Limited seeks a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and scale our multi-tenant infrastructure across regions. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform to keep services secure, reliable, and agile, enabling rapid feature releases for thousands of teams.

You will partner with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and sales to deliver infrastructure that supports meaningful product work and growth, while maintaining high uptime and strong security postures.

Qualifications

• In-depth practical AWS experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS)
• Kubernetes production services experience and cluster management
• Terraform for infrastructure automation
• CI/CD pipeline configuration and running
• Experience supporting hosted multi-tenant SaaS at scale

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale with user growth
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra
• Lead security hardening of infrastructure and incident detection
• Contribute to a self-directed team roadmap and practices
• Support rolling out updates safely and quickly across regions
