Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to help build and evolve our multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS infrastructure in the UK. You’ll own core infrastructure, drive automation, and enable rapid, secure releases using Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform within a modern tech stack (.NET).

You will partner with developers, data engineers, marketing, and sales to scale services for a growing user base while maintaining high reliability and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, S3 and RDS.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline design and operation in a NET/C# environment.
• Experience in agile teams delivering incremental value and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, secure production infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and automation to support frequent releases.
• Improve security postures and detect/respond to incidents across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and reliability.
