Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and scale our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure across regions using AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform. You’ll drive automation, security and reliability as part of a high-trust, fast-moving engineering culture.

You’ll collaborate with developers, data engineers and product teams to ensure safe, rapid releases, while shaping the technical roadmap and improving observability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform in production.
• Proven ability to run production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS on a global scale.
• Strong CI/CD practices with secure, observable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve our multi-tenant infrastructure across regions on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with developers to rollout safe, reliable changes and fast iterations.
• Lead security enhancements and incident response improvements for the stack.
• Build automation to empower the engineering team to release updates daily.
