Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to help scale a secure, reliable SaaS platform. You’ll work with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and .NET to support a multi-tenant infrastructure across regions, enabling rapid feature releases and high availability.

You will have autonomy to shape the technical roadmap, drive security improvements, and collaborate with developers, data engineers, marketers, and sales teams to deliver real customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production systems in cloud-native environments.
• Ability to design scalable, secure multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ship value quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve our infrastructure to scale for a growing user base.
• Work with developers to ensure harmony between application and infrastructure.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data.
