Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join a product-driven team. You will work with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform to run scalable, secure, reliable services and enable rapid feature delivery across a global SaaS platform.

You will own multi-tenant infrastructure across regions, collaborate with developers, and drive security and automation improvements in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS) experience.
• Experience running production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code via Terraform.
• Experience supporting hosted multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure safe deployments.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data.
• Deliver infrastructure that supports impactful work across Gearset.
• Contribute to an autonomous, roadmap-driven team.
