Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our multi-tenant, scalable infrastructure hosted on AWS. You will build automation for rapid, safe releases using Kubernetes, Terraform and .NET tools, while strengthening security and observability across regions.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, data, marketing and sales to deliver reliable, high-availability services for thousands of teams and customers in a dynamic, product-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• CI/CD pipeline configuration and operation in NET/C#.
• Experience in an agile development team with value delivery focus.
• Experience building observability and alerting into systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation for CI/CD deployments and production infra.
• Improve security and incident response capabilities of the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and sales teams across the organisation.
• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for a growing user base and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap with autonomy and ownership.
