Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to help scale and secure our multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will own infrastructure in AWS, manage Kubernetes clusters, and drive CI/CD automation, security, and reliability.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and operations to evolve our tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET) and ensure safe, rapid releases while maintaining high availability for thousands of users.

Qualifications

• In-depth AWS experience including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS.
• Experience running production services on Kubernetes with cluster maintenance.
• Hands-on Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting hosted multi-tenant SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for a growing user base.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to align infra and apps.
• Drive safe, incremental releases with robust CI/CD and monitoring.
• Contribute to a self-directed team with an autonomy over its roadmap.
