  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure funding with stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice on site development and planning applications.
  • Prepare reports for the Corporate Property Steering Group (CPSG) on development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Manage and report information securely per local authority policies.
