AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of development projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and drive civil infrastructure strategies for complex sites in the UK and internationally.

In this senior role you will mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth across market sectors including the data centre sector.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or equivalent) or operating at chartered level with leadership authority.
• Significant development-led infrastructure experience, data centre sector a plus.
• Experience delivering complex civil infrastructure with road geometry, drainage, earthworks and utilities.
• Strong knowledge of planning, highways, drainage and utility approval processes.
• Understanding of BIM modelling and collaborative platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic civil engineering leadership and technical governance for development projects.
• Lead, review and approve civil infrastructure designs and buildable solutions for complex sites.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and specialists across UK and global teams.
• Support client engagement, business development, and sector thought leadership while mentoring engineers.
• Undertake project management responsibilities across a portfolio of schemes.
