AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership across projects from due diligence to detailed design and construction support. You will help grow the civil engineering capability within multiple market sectors, including the rapidly expanding data centre sector, working with UK and overseas teams.

As a senior team member, you will mentor colleagues, ensure technical excellence and governance, manage client relationships, and support strategic asset

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or equivalent) with leadership.
• Significant development-led infrastructure experience; data centre sector preferred.
• Experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, earthworks).
• Knowledge of planning, highways, drainage, and utility approvals.
• Familiar with BIM modelling and collaborative platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic civil engineering leadership for development projects in line with AECOM standards.
• Review and approve infrastructure designs for site development and utilities.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across the UK and globally.
• Support client engagement, business development and asset planning.
• Undertake project management across a portfolio of schemes.
