Location: Penrith

Working days: Mornings one role and Thursday PM and all day Friday

Temporary Role: January 2026 - July 2026

Pay: 110 - 150 per day depending on experience

Hannett Hale, Cumbria’s fastest-growing education supply agency, is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a charming and well-regarded primary school located near Penrith. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teachers for two possible arrangements:

  • Teaching mornings with a small Year 2 group (10 children)
  • Teaching Year 3/4 on Thursday afternoons and all-day Friday
Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to a KS1 and KS2 classes
  • Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching across KS1 & KS2
  • A strong understanding of differentiated learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
