Overview

Aspire People are currently working with a number of partner schools in Greater Manchester looking for full time teachers to join their vibrant and inclusive primary schools in November 2025. All the schools we work with foster a supportive learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential academically, socially, and personally. ECTs are encouraged to apply for these roles as we have several schools eager to support your career.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum objectives.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Hold a UK teaching qualification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ECT, PGCE, SCITT
• DBS on the Update Service (If you do not have a DBS on the Update Service, we can help you with this).
• Is professional and hard-working
• Demonstrates high standards of positive behaviour management
• Has high expectations of themselves and children
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and a passion about education and learning
• Can demonstrate excellent teaching consistently
