Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a Salford school. You will plan engaging lessons, create an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress to inform teaching decisions.

The role offers full-time hours, a daily rate of £140–£190 depending on experience, and the prospect of moving from long-term cover to a permanent position with ongoing CPD and staff wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of every learner

• Work alongside teaching assistants and support staff to get the best from every child

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (ECTs also welcome to apply)
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• A positive, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
