Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Bolton is seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team. You will support pupils in class, small groups, and one-to-one as needed, helping them stay engaged and confident in their learning. Roles are day-to-day, short-term or long-term with the potential to go permanent.

Locations include the Bolton area; pay is £470-£570 per week depending on experience. Hours are full-time or flexible, Monday-Friday, term-time, with ongoing CPD and support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, in school or a similar setting.
• A patient, caring and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn (full support provided).

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class, in small groups and occasionally one-to-one.

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lesson plans and activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help create a happy, inclusive classroom.

The Role
