Job summary

Empowering Learning is seeking Teaching Assistants to join school support teams in Bury. You will work across classrooms on long-term placements, helping pupils in small groups and individually as needed. Roles are full-time, term-time, with potential to progress to permanent positions.

Starting in November, the positions offer weekly pay (£470–£570) based on experience. You will support lesson delivery, encourage positive behavior and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children in school or similar setting.
• Patient, caring and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn (full support provided).

Pay: 470- 570 per week (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, term time
Contract: Long-term and ongoing roles, with the potential to go permanent
