You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster an inclusive classroom, and monitor pupil progress. The role offers consistent work Monday to Friday and a pathway to permanent positions where vacancies exist.

You will join a supportive agency with ongoing CPD and a dedicated consultant who matches you to suitable schools and opportunities to progress into permanent roles.

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons meeting the needs of every learner
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and use it to shape your teaching
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Work with teaching assistants to get the best from every child
