Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Primary Care, Nursing, or Healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients within the Primary Care sector.
  • Source, screen, and place Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS and framework standards.
