SimCorp Ltd. is seeking a Head of Pricing, Product Packaging & Governance to shape pricing strategy across products and services for our global client base. You will lead the development of pricing frameworks and discount policies, ensuring profitability targets and customer value alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, monetization models, and deal economics in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical pricing frameworks and scalable operating models.
• Experience with commercial analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve SimCorp's global pricing and product packaging strategy across products, solutions, and services.
• Establish and govern pricing frameworks, discount policies, approval processes, and commercial standards.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing decisions align with profitability targets and customer value.
• Deliver pricing insights and performance analytics to improve pricing effectiveness.
• Act as trusted advisor on complex opportunities, guiding deal structuring and pricing decisions across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing tools, governance processes, and enablement programs.
