Job summary

AXA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pricing Insights Analyst who will produce actionable insights for Pricing teams, build performance dashboards, and inform forecasting assumptions.

You'll work with SAS, Databricks and Power BI to track business mix, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities to improve the P&L. The role requires strong analytics and clear communication with stakeholders; hybrid work arrangement is available, with in-office and remote days, and industry engagement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Producing regular insights and dashboards to track business mix and performance with appropriate granularity.
• Identifying where action is needed to address any shortfalls in performance verses plan.
• Exploiting further opportunities to add value to the profit and loss statement.
• Creating analysis of new business and retention initiatives performance and monitor against targets set.
• Ensuring data and insight tools are robust, highlighting any changes needed.
• Delivering ad hoc analysis requests.
