Great Lakes Insurance SE, London Branch, is seeking a Senior Pricing & Analytics Lead to drive data quality, pricing governance and MI reporting across UK Underwriting and Product teams. You will lead a team, collaborate with London and Munich stakeholders, build dashboards, and ensure regulatory pricing compliance while delivering business insights.

• Proven experience in personal lines pricing roles.
• Hands-on data analytics with SQL/Python/Power BI.
• Experience leading MI dashboards and data initiatives.
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Manage Pricing and Analytics team across UK.
• Develop and maintain internal MI dashboards.
• Oversee pricing of DA products and data governance.
• Review pricing models and product definitions.
• Provide feedback on price and value for regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous monitoring for delegated authority.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Product teams in London and Munich.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present insights.
