Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing insights across insurance products from a highly analytical hub in the UK. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic impact.

You will work on pricing strategies, portfolio performance, and cross-functional projects, with visible business outcomes and opportunities for growth within a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, or related analytical function.
• Strong commercial problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience using Python or SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects from inception through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Curious, proactive and driven to improve through data.
• Insurance pricing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing analysis and segmentation strategies across a range of products.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Deliver actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end analytical projects.
• Collaborate with pricing, product, underwriting and analytics teams.
• Support innovation within pricing and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts where appropriate.
