• Understanding of PMI market and core P&L drivers.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, reconciliation, and analysis.

• Highly self-motivated and proactive in approaching tasks.

Aufgaben

• Producing regular insights and dashboards to track business mix and performance with appropriate granularity.
• Identifying where action is needed to address shortfalls in performance vs plan.
• Exploiting opportunities to add value to the P&L statement.
• Creating analysis of new business and retention initiatives and monitoring against targets.
• Ensuring data and insight tools are robust and updated as needed.
• Delivering ad hoc analysis requests.
