Job summary

Doubtless Pet Care is seeking a Senior Pricing Innovation Analyst to join the Actuarial Finance team in London. This hybrid role requires monthly in-office presence at London Paddington and focuses on identifying and delivering pricing opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and customer lifetime value.

You will lead end-to-end pricing innovation initiatives, translating data-driven insights into robust recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, while shaping governance

Qualifications

• Strong experience in general insurance pricing, ideally personal lines.
• Proficiency with SAS, Python, R, SQL or Excel for analytics.
• Familiarity with Earnix or ability to quickly develop pricing platform expertise.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, customer behaviour and lifetime value.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating pricing tests and pilots.
• Sound knowledge of pricing governance, controls and performance monitoring.
• Commercial, analytical thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain customer lifetime value optimisation frameworks and governance.

• Present clear findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain governance, controls and documentation for pricing processes.
