• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on required service and repairs in a professional manner.
• Estimate costs for repairs and services; explain timelines to customers.
• Promote additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Maintain accurate job cards and update customer and vehicle records.
• Document warranty work and prepare invoices.
