Job summary

Confidential, a franchised motor dealership in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. The role involves being the first contact in Aftersales, handling vehicle intake/out, and driving customer satisfaction while promoting additional services.

The ideal candidate has service-advisor experience, preferably in a prestige dealership, and strong communication and upselling skills. An attractive package is on offer including uncapped OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor, ideally in a prestige dealership.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional conduct.
• Experience with vehicle service intake and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Aftersales customers.
• Check vehicles in and out, liaise with customers to ensure best possible experience and secure future work.
• Handle service and repair requirements for customers in a courteous manner.
• Carry out follow-up, upsell and prospecting activities to maintain/build service volume.
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
• Promote additional products and services and work with Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
• Must have experience in the role, ideally within a prestige dealership.
