Richard Abson Group is assisting a premium automotive dealership in Chester to find an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling service bookings and providing progress updates while explaining technical information in a friendly, accessible manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A professional and customer-focused approach.
Experience using Kerridge and 1 Link would be advantageous, although not essential.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers and manage service bookings.
Provide vehicle progress updates and explain technical information clearly.
Identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
Deliver an exceptional aftersales experience with a proactive sales mindset.
