Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Workplace Host to own the Guest Services experience in the Client Suite, delivering a warm, polished welcome that reflects five-star standards and brings both the Client and Guest Services brands to life.

You will maintain a presentation-ready Client Suite, manage reception and visitor areas, coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality, taxis and travel, and respond to enquiries with professional, proactive service.

• Proven experience in guest services or premium client-facing environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Guest Services experience within the Client Suite, delivering a warm, polished welcome that reflects five-star standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, presentation-ready Client Suite and meeting room readiness; manage hospitality requirements.
• Coordinate enquiries, facilities requests, and visitor flow; arrange taxis and onward travel as needed.
• Build rapport with frequent visitors, senior stakeholders, and VIP guests; provide informed recommendations on local services.
