Job summary

Mitie Signature is seeking a Workplace Experience Host-Mobile for a full-time role covering Birmingham and Northampton. You will be a dynamic ambassador, delivering front-of-house hospitality across multiple client locations with adaptability to site-specific processes and varying requirements.

You will manage reception, visitor management, events support, and workspace operations, while maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact delivering 5* hospitality across client sites.
• Manage visitor registrations, access requests and queue control.
• Support meeting room setups and event operations.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and contractors to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and security procedures.
• Provide proactive, professional front-of-house support across locations.
